LAND PROVIDER REGISTRATION

DOCUMENTS REQUIREDd

    •  Letter of intent (By Gp Head) Including following : -
      • Personal Profile of all members & Facilitator. (Include experience of Land Matters).
      • Local connections.
      • Assets/properties (Immovable/ movable, duly verified with property documents bank statement) of all members.
      • Account Maintenance certificate of all members.
      • Customer / LP Fill One window Form & Affidavit file.
      • Bank Statement of all members.
      • Assets/ Properties of Facilitator.
      • Account Maintenance certificate of facilitator.
      • List of all staff.
      • List of technical Staff.
      • Police verification of all members from local SSP.
    •  Security Clearance of Gp - Required to be expedited.
    •  Registration Fees 1.5 Mn (Non-refundable).
    •  Formal approval for signing MOU.
    •  Deposit of security amount. (Rs 40k/ acre, Min MOU 500 Acres). (Refundable).
    •  Signing of MOU.
    •  MOU Renewal Fees 0.75 Mn (Non-refundable).
    •  Gp Head Change Fee 10 Mn (Non-refundable).

Instructions / Guidelines

  • All photographs and photocopies of CNIC being submitted at various steps must be attested by the Oath Commissioner.
  • All affidavits / Stamp Papers must be registered with authorized Stamp Vendor and attested by the Oath Commissioner.
  • All documents including Land Offer Form, Affidavit, Undertaking, Certificate, Agreement, Sales Deed (Registry), Indemnity Bond etc will be written strictly in accordance with the latest specimens received from Land Directorate of DHAQ.
  • Prior to filling / preparing any documents, necessary guidelines / instructions must be sought from concerned staff.
